To be honest, obscure paranormal activity seems to be attracted to my family. I have lived in numerous houses where I have felt a presence or seen shadows out of the corner of my eye, but this place was out of control. I shared it with my sister and a friend and the list of events that transpired there could fill a book. Clocks flying off walls and smashing, night time tactile bed attacks, which felt like a knee in the stomach and arm across my chest, being grabbed by the leg and tried to be yanked out of bed. Night time paralysis, footsteps, voices, singing. Dark shadows, things that went bang in the day and bump in the night. The list goes on. Anyway we didn't tell anyone about it at first and at our housewarming party a guy was shaking from a cloaked figure he saw run up the stairs. He'd been there 5 minutes, he was a friend of a friend.
Slowly friends stopped staying the night and if someone popped in for a cuppa they would leave before dark, which I found odd because there wasn't much difference during day vs. night, although night was slightly worse.
Many people witnessed something strange in that house. My sister had a friend from school pop in one night who she started getting really bad vibes off. She became quite scared of him, she was home alone. 5 minutes later the kitchen went into over drive and it scared him so much he never came back.

It's gotten really bad over the last week. Both my husband and I have noticed things moving in the house, and our bedside tables handles keep making noises during the night.
Last night the dogs were sleeping in the garage and started growling then the printer turned itself on. It often makes noises when it is off, like it is realigning but doesn’t do it all the time.
Just now, I had put my 2 year old to bed and came to sit at the computer and her dolls pram moved across the floor a little. My husband has seen it do this as well. I often wake up at night and can hear footsteps.When my daughter was a few months old her soother started playing songs that I don't believe are even on there, and it was during the night when she couldn’t even turn it on. I raced into her room thinking someone was in there (I could hear strange sounds over the baby monitor) and it was cold. I thought the monitor just had interference but since then so many strange things have happened I am convinced this was the ghost also.I have felt a hand on my shoulder during the night and both my husband and I have gotten cold shivers. Neither of us believed in ghosts before this all started happening!

My son (12), Oldest Daughter (19) and Myself often see the apparition of a boy in our house mainly in the children’s bedrooms. He feels very calm but focused on a task he has to complete. My daughter was told during a reading at a psychic fair that this boy is connected to her and that he will protect her.Both my son and I have had experiences with other apparitions some of which are very negative and have frightened my son. I see and hear three of these things constantly (they don't appear to be human. I try to ignore them, as I don't want to let them in as well as other more friendly presences in this house. I would really like to know what they are but I'm fearful of acknowledging them.
We also experience books falling of the bookshelves, pictures falling off walls, things disappearing and then reappearing later, usually somewhere else and upon questioning the other members of the household no one acknowledges moving the object in question and unexplained noises, footsteps and loud bangs.
One experience I had was standing at the front door I unlocked my car which was in the driveway a short distance away using the remote which I left on the table in the front entrance and walked over to my car which locked itself when I reached for the door handle. I went back to get my remote and when I reached the front door the car unlocked itself. I could see the remote at the time and no one was touching it. I said, "very funny" out load and then heard someone laugh so I went and checked on the other members of my family and they were all asleep.

When my grandmother died when I was nine, her body was cremated, with the ashes subsequently placed in the memorial garden of a local Sydney crematorium. My grandfather, who had died many years earlier, already had his ashes in a memorial wall in the same crematorium.

A few years after my grandmother’s death, my mother decided that she wanted to move her father’s ashes from the memorial wall and place them next to her mother’s ashes in the garden, so that her parents would be ‘together’. My mother had decided to keep this to herself, and as result, did not tell my father at the time.
My mother later admitted that due to the personal profundity involved with such a decision, she did not tell anybody because she did not wish to risk anybody influencing her in any way, shape or form.

A few days after my mother’s decision was made and the necessary arrangements were organised, my grandfather’s ashes were removed from the crematorium wall and placed next my grandmother’s in the garden. My mother had still not told a single soul about what she had done.

The following morning, my father came down to the kitchen and told my mother about a strange dream that he just had. He then began to describe the dream, saying, “Your father appeared … and said that he wanted to say, something like …“Thank you Dianne, for what you did for us.” Needless to say, my mother could only stare back at my father in horror … rendered speechless as a result, before emotion finally engulfed her. It seems impossible that my father could have known what had been organised that day.
My mother had been somewhat confused at first, concerned why her own father didn’t come and visit her dreams himself. After the initial shock subsided, she realised that perhaps the only way for him to ‘prove’ his presence to her, was to pass his message on to somebody who possessed no prior knowledge of what had happened that very day.
