PI was the very first of the Paranormal Investigators series. In fact it was the first paranormal documentary film produced by Kanova Productions.

The material in PI was never intended to be screened. The footage was raw and unrefined. It was filmed to document the investigations conducted at a facility that had a long dark history. It’s one of those locations you don’t hear about unless you’re a local. Even then, the presence of the supernatural at this particular facility has always been kept confidential. For an outsider, if you caught word of it, you would probably think it was just another urban myth. Only those who worked there in the last few years of its operation understand just how real this is.

Because of the infrared light (invisible to the naked eye) from our cameras the location appears bright inside. In reality that was not the case … it was pitch black inside. No electricity, no streetlights and no moonlight. The area was totally covered by dense trees and better more, situated in the middle of nowhere.

Even though I was dealing with raw footage, it was a good story - one that was hard to ignore. It’s a story that you don’t hear very often – and even if you did, you would find it hard to digest.
I had very little time to throw something together with minimal resources. So I made the visits, did the interviews and started editing.

Because the original timeline no longer exists, you may notice some overlap with the audio. Sorry, my bad!

(description repeat) The end credits include a number of snap shots from different creepy locations that appeared in the Paranormal Investigators series such as The Facility, Graveyards and The Manor.
The spooky end theme was generated and mixed by me. A few people have commented about the variation of sound effects creating an ominous atmosphere and therefore choosing not to listen to it. I guess it was the effect I was hoping for, but not the detraction (end of description repeat).
