************************************************************************************************************************************************************paranormal investigators the challenge ghost town Yerranderie
(description repeat) The Introduction to the first trial ‘Challenge’ was essentially filmed in two locations. The initial intro with the dense vegetation was a stage set. We had two horizontal frames set up with wire where all the off cuts were suspended from. It created that mystical cemetery scenery that is mostly found in old European graveyards.
The introduction to the team and to the trainee Micaela was shot at the old ghost town Yerranderie (end of description repeat).

The third episode of the first challenge was shot at Yerranderie, one of Australia’s very few ghost towns.
Now a museum, Yerranderie mainly caters for campers and 4WD enthusiasts due to its remote setting in the Kanangra Boyd wilderness.
We stayed at the old post office, known today as Yerranderie Lodge.
After covering the brief history of this old mining town, the next shoot was taken at the local cemetery.
The scenery along the old dirt track was like the Aussie version of the Blair Witch. So it was no wonder that most of the crew were spooked when we arrived there for the first shoot.
The second night was filmed inside Yerranderie Lodge. Although most of the events were cut from the condensed version, you will still experience the nature of this building and the events that transpired the final night.
(description repeat) The end credits include a number of snap shots from different creepy locations that appeared in the Paranormal Investigators series such as The Facility, Graveyards and The Manor.
The spooky end theme was generated and mixed by me. A few people have commented about the variation of sound effects creating an ominous atmosphere and therefore choosing not to listen to it. I guess it was the effect I was hoping for, but not the detraction (end of description repeat).
