(
description repeat) The Introduction to the first trial ‘Challenge’ was essentially filmed in two locations. The initial intro with the dense vegetation was a stage set. We had two horizontal frames set up with wire where all the off cuts were suspended from. It created that mystical cemetery scenery that is mostly found in old European graveyards.
The introduction to the team and to the trainee Micaela was shot at the old ghost town Yerranderie

This is a ten minute condensed version of the original final episode in the first
Paranormal Investigators series. Most of the episodes in Paranormal Investigators are 25 minutes.

I took the opportunity and contacted Tony from Paranormal Tours in Cowra in late 2007. Tony has been running ghost tours there for a number of years now. He spoke of the many inexplicable, strange experiences he and tour members had while walking through the old POW camp. So, it seemed like a good fit for a final episode.

It was pretty warm even throughout the night and the field was littered with dried paddy melons and other noxious weeds. Every darn step added a nice ‘crunching’ sound to the footage, which had to be filtered out during editing.

After midnight we ended up in an old church ruin that is allegedly haunted by some dark entity. Although we weren’t privileged by this presence, it was the most uncomfortable 6 hours I ever had to spend – especially Micaela who was unacquainted with such conditions spent her 19 birthday under the billion star Hilton.

The final credits gave a high impact ending to the first series, which is largely credited to the band
Anxiety Whispers.
